It would be great if it came with a car
Not even worth 1 star. Firstly, I had the wire connecting to the cigarette port missing (31st May), so I couldn't use or test the product. However, they were very helpful in sending me the missing part so I will give them praise for that. So I had to wait for that to come before I could actually try the product, completely fine.
But once I had received it, it wouldn't connect with my phone at all. The product is advertised as compatible with both Androids and iPhones - I have an Android and it would only connect for about 5 seconds before disconnecting completely.
I then emailed the VERY next day after finally receiving the missing piece (14th June) explaining the issue, with a video to show the issue, and requested that I would like to return the item and have a refund, I didn't get a reply for OVER TWO WEEKS (30th June). I had to send a SECOND follow up email because I hadn't heard anything and when I FINALLY got a reply - they said that my 30-day warranty had expired and I wasn't eligible for a refund anymore.
Appauling.
I should have been given my 30-day warranty from when I received the missing part, and then to not hear from anyone for 14+ days to then be told I can't get a refund? Awful. Do not use. Would not recommend.
Doesn’t work. The mount doesn’t slide into one back of the screen at all and I didn’t even get the same cable shown in he instructions manual. Probably won’t even connect to the car. Don’t buy.
only downside is that shipping took a lot longer than they state but it’s perfect works really well not laggy and am really happy with it!!
